Pieces of Me
You have many wonderful pieces of you,
From where you come from to things you can do.
You are a shining, brilliant star,
You can do great things and go really far.
Maybe you love to be around many people to have fun,
Or perhaps you like hang out with just you or another someone.
Whatever the case may be,
You an important part for the world to see.
Everyone is special in their own way,
And loving yourself is a big part of every day.
Some days you might feel a bit down in the dirt,
Like your feelings have been hurt.

Sometimes, we make mistakes or are not our best,
It is about learning and growing and dealing with stress.
In those moments, take some time to think about you,
What makes you amazing, wondrous, and special, too.
Is it maybe where you are from?
Or is it how you like to have fun?
Maybe you are really tall,
Or perhaps a little bit small.
Could it be your family?
Or how you have been swimming in the deep sea.
It could be that you are really kind and nice,
Or you really like animals, maybe even mice.
There are many pieces of you to love,
Take a moment to see what you can think of!
What wonderful things do you love about you?
You could love:
- Your abilities (things you can do)
- Your body
- Where you come from
- Your family
- Your personality
- How you treat other people
