Everyone needs to take time for themselves every day. It can help you relax and recharge. Self-care is not the same for everyone. It is about finding what works for you! Self-care is an important part of your wellness. It is not selfish or overindulgent. It is necessary for your well-being.

Self-care means that you are taking time to do activities that strengthen your body and mind! When you take time to take care of yourself, stress or challenges can become easier to handle. Self-care can help you feel healthy and promote your well-being.

Self-care can be as simple as brushing your teeth, exercising, playing a game, taking a break, limiting screen time, or spending time with your family. It is important to take time and see what activities make you feel good! Moderation is important.
