Star Breathing
It helps you to be present in the moment.
As you breathe in, slowly breathe in through your nose. Bring the air all the down to your belly. Feel your belly expanded. Breathe out slowly through your mouth.
While you are breathing, think about how the air feels as you breathe in. Feel the cool air in your nose. As you breathe out, feel the warm air leaving your body.
Slowly breathe in and out. Drawing a star as you go.
